Delivery Policy

Free shipping for any order with a purchase amount above HK$500 except Remote Area* or Labour Charge^.
HK$35 will be charged for purchase amounts below HK$500 as a shipping fee except for Remote Area* or Labour Charge^.
The above shipping cost does not apply to Self Pickup in Store ＆ SF Express (e.g. ship to SF Station, SF Locker).
The shipping fee will be shown when checking out.
Usually, it will take 2-3 working days for delivery.
The courier will phone to make an appointment before delivery to the residential address. An extra charge to the customer will be incurred if fail to collect the parcel during the agreed time (e.g. nobody is at home). The courier will not phone if it’s a commercial address.

* Remote Areas such as Ma Wan, Chek Lap Kok(including Hong Kong International Airport), Hong Kong Disneyland, Discovery Bay, Ngong Ping 360, Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Tai O, Peng Chau, Lamma Island, etc. are not covered by our door-to-door courier service. We can only arrange “SF Freight Collect” which means the customer will pay the shipping cost directly to SF Express upon delivery. Please see here for details.
^ Labour Charge: For buildings without lifts or products that can only access through staircases, there will be an additional delivery charge per floor. Please contact us for a quotation.
